About the Role

PVR INOX is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Guest Service Associates. The role involves delivering an excellent movie-going experience by assisting guests across the Box Office, Concessions, and Auditorium operations.

Key Responsibilities

Box Office

Assist guests with movie ticket bookings, ticket collection, and show-related queries.

Provide information about movie timings, seating, ticket prices, and offers.

Handle guest queries and support smooth ticket counter operations.

Concessions (Food & Beverages)

Take customer orders and serve food and beverages.

Handle billing and payments accurately.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of food counters.

Ensure timely service and a positive guest experience.

Auditorium Operations

Assist guests in locating their seats and checking tickets.

Ensure auditorium cleanliness and readiness before and after every show.

Support smooth entry and exit of guests.

Report any guest concerns or operational issues to the supervisor.

Guest Service & Operations

Greet guests warmly and provide courteous assistance.

Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.

Follow company standards for grooming, hygiene, safety, and service quality.

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily cinema operations.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification

12th pass or above.

Freshers and candidates with prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or food and beverage operations may apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Flexibility to work across operational areas, including Box Office, Concessions, and Auditorium.
