Role Description The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in (Swargate) Pune, responsible for overseeing customer data, interactions, and engagement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention. On a day-to-day basis, the CRM Manager will manage the CRM system, ensure data accuracy, and track customer touchpoints across service operations. The role includes designing and monitoring customer issues, coordinating targeted parameters, and working closely with front office team to optimize follow-ups and appointment conversion. The CRM Manager will analyze customer trends and feedback, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to processes and communication. This position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize customer communication, resolve escalated issues, and support training on CRM best practices.

Experience with CRM software platforms (e.g., dealership management or customer engagement systems) and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Strong customer-service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; experience in the automotive or retail sector is an advantage.

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
