About this job
- Perform the following billing related activities: Cash/ Credit / Corporate Billing / Discount instructions.
- Registration and closing visits of all patients who avail the OPD services.
- Ensure accurate & timely registration is done for all OPD patients.
- Scheduling appointments for consultants appropriately.
- Keep the management informed of significant customer related incidents during the working hours.
- Maintaining daily reports and sending the relevant and essential reports to the concerned stakeholders.
- Tackle problems related to waiting times and delays.
- Assist any customer experiencing difficulty.
- Supervise report movements and backlogs.
- To be completely competent in all front office functional trainings and hold expertise in minimum one skill area.
