ABOUT THE BRAND

Pitlum is a sustainable clothing retail brand focused on clothing, handloom, craft and conscious living from all parts of India. We operate a single retail store serving a niche customer base.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and assist customers in the store.

Explain product details, fabrics, craftsmanship and brand stories.

Help customers select products and complete purchases.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.

Maintain store displays, cleanliness and stock arrangement.

Handle billing and basic retail operations.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experience

Candidates with 1 year or more of retail experience are preferred. Freshers may also apply.

Languages

Fluency in Hindi, English and Marathi.

Good communication skills and a confident, professional manner.

Strong customer-handling skills.

Ability to explain products clearly and effectively.

Punctual, responsible and presentable.

Interest in clothing, handloom, craft and sustainable fashion.

11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Single store

Niche customer base.

Products include sustainable clothing, handloom, craft and everyday wear.(Men & Women), Decor, Bath and Body.

Pay

₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Language
