Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer communication, payment follow-ups, and recovery/collection activities. The candidate will communicate with customers professionally, understand their concerns, provide appropriate payment-related assistance, and support the organization in achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through phone calls regarding pending payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and agreed payment commitments.
• Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions within company policies.
• Negotiate and confirm payment dates/commitments professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Handle customer queries related to outstanding amounts, payment methods, and account status.
• Escalate disputes, complaints, and difficult cases to the concerned team.
• Ensure all communication is polite, professional, and compliant with company policies.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly collection and call targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and account information.

Required Languages

Candidate should be fluent in Hindi and at least one or more of the following regional languages

• Marathi
• Gujarati
• Kannada
• Odia
• Bengali
• Assamese

Preferred

Candidates who can communicate in multiple regional languages will be given preference.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle difficult or dissatisfied customers calmly.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM/system records.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
• Professional and respectful approach toward customers.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers can apply; experience in customer support, telecalling, collections, recovery, BPO, or banking/finance will be an advantage.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
