Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with US-based consultants and clients.
Communicate company services effectively to prospective clients, consultants, and business partners.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure.
Schedule and participate in client meetings through Google Meet.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with recruitment teams and leadership to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
0–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, business development, or US IT recruitment.
Strong English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to research markets, analyze information, and identify business opportunities.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work in a night-shift environment.
