Job Summary

Kaynes Semicon is looking for motivated ITI and Diploma freshers, primarily from Electrical disciplines, to support manufacturing and maintenance operations at its Sanand facility.

Candidates with Mechanical qualifications may be considered in limited numbers based on operational requirements. Priority will be given to ITI/Diploma candidates with an Electrical background.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in the operation and routine monitoring of manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Support electrical equipment maintenance, inspection and basic troubleshooting activities.

Identify and report equipment-related issues to the technical supervisors.

Assist in preventive maintenance and routine equipment checks.

Support production teams in achieving operational requirements.

Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines and quality requirements.

Maintain cleanliness, workplace discipline and proper handling of tools and equipment.

Record operational observations and report abnormalities to the concerned team.

Participate in on-the-job training and technical skill development.

Required Skills & Competencies

Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, circuits and industrial equipment.

Familiarity with electrical tools, measuring instruments and safety practices.

Ability to understand and follow technical instructions.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

Good attendance, punctuality and workplace discipline.

Willingness to relocate to Sanand, Gujarat.

Candidate Eligibility

Fresh ITI / Diploma candidates from Electrical disciplines are strongly preferred.

Mechanical candidates may be considered only to a limited extent.

Candidates must have valid ID proof and educational qualification certificates.

Candidates must be available for interviews and committed to joining upon selection.

Candidates must be genuinely interested in the opportunity and willing to relocate.
