About the Role

Cordia Healthcare Private Limited is looking for a motivated and patient-friendly Patient Onboarding Executive to help patients register on Cordia's healthcare app, understand its features, and get started with the platform for their ongoing care.

Key Responsibilities

Be present at the assigned doctor's clinic and help patients register on our healthcare app.

Explain the app's features and benefits to patients and clinic staff.

Guide patients through profile completion and help them understand how to use the platform for their ongoing care.

Coordinate with doctors, clinic staff, and the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Address basic patient queries and provide support wherever required.

Preferred Profile

Freshers with a degree or diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, Healthcare, or a related field are welcome.

Good verbal communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

A Friendly, patient-focused, and helpful approach when interacting with patients.

Ability to explain app features and guide patients through registration and profile completion.
