U.S. Truck Dispatcher Trainee — Ahmedabad

Requirements

College degree required.

Strong basic math skills, including percentages, averages, and cost calculations.

Candidates will complete a math assessment during the interview.

Good spoken and written English.

Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Availability for 9-hour shifts, including nights.

Your responsibilities

You will learn to find and book loads, communicate with U.S. truck drivers and brokers, calculate rates, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records.

We provide training to help you learn truck dispatching and our operating systems. This role offers opportunities to take responsibility for more trucks, earn performance incentives, and progress into senior dispatch or team leadership positions based on results.

Work location

This is an office-based job in Ahmedabad. Daily office attendance is required. No remote work or online interviews.
