Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and review candidates' resumes (CVs) to understand their technical skills, qualifications, and experience.

Search for relevant IT job openings through various job portals and company career websites.

Match client resumes with suitable job requirements.

Complete online job application forms accurately on behalf of clients.

Submit resumes to relevant IT job openings through different job portals.

Ensure all application details are accurate and meet client requirements.

Maintain daily application reports and track submission activities.

Meet daily application targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers with a bachelor's degree are welcome.

BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), and B.Tech (Computer Science) candidates preferred.

Basic understanding of computers and IT terminology.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, internet browsing, and online job portals.

Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Comfortable working in a night shift.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (depending on skills and interview performance).
