E-commerce Operations Executive
Industrofy is an e-commerce platform for industrial tools and equipment, backed by sister concerns with decades of experience in the trade. We’re looking for a curious, dependable college student to join us as an intern across listings, social media, product photography, and day-to-day operations. You’ll work under senior experts who guide your tasks, review your output, and teach you how it’s done, so this is a hands-on way to see how a real online store runs while still studying.
What You’ll Do
Upload and update product listings on Shopify, working from our master Excel sheets and brand catalogues.
Check product details such as titles, specifications, and images for accuracy before they go live.
Shoot and prepare product pictures, including basic cropping and cleanup, for the website and social media.
Support social media by preparing posts, scheduling content, and keeping our content calendar up to date.
Use design and AI tools (training provided) to help adapt simple creatives under senior guidance.
- Help manage logistics
- track orders and shipments, follow up with couriers and the dispatch team, and keep status records current.
Handle admin work such as maintaining files, trackers, and records, and keeping information organised and easy to find.
Act as a liaison with the founder: pass on updates, collect approvals and inputs, and make sure follow-ups happen.
Track your daily work in a shared tracker and share a short progress update on schedule.
Flag doubts early and incorporate feedback from your reviewers.

How logistics and operations support sales behind the scenes.
How to work with senior leadership, with targets, quality standards, and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For

A good working understanding of Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
Strong written English and clear communication, including with senior people.
Detail-oriented and organised, with the discipline to follow a process and report on time.
Willingness to learn quickly and take feedback well.
Nice to Have
