Job Description – Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

6 Days a Week

Job Responsibilities

Make regular outbound calls to existing and potential clients.

Generate maximum client meetings and showroom visits.

Connect with interior designers, introduce company products and build relationships.

Schedule appointments with clients and interior designers.

Coordinate with the sales team and arrange client meetings or site visits.

Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into potential sales opportunities.

Assist clients and introduce them to our products and services.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Confident and proactive personality.

Ability to handle client conversations professionally.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Experience in CRM, telecalling or customer relationship management is preferred.

Key Objective: Generate maximum meetings, showroom visits and qualified sales leads through effective calling, follow-ups and client coordination.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
