Job description
A Banking Operations Executive is responsible for handling the day-to-day operational activities of a bank branch or banking department, ensuring smooth transactions, compliance.
Must have knowledge of Stock Marketing.
Responsibilities
Opening savings, current accounts.
Verifying KYC documents (ID, address proof, etc.)
Must have knowledge of Stock Marketing.
Cheque Drafting.
- Handling cash deposits and withdrawals
- Processing cheque clearing and demand drafts
- Managing NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and online transfers
- Ensuring accurate and timely posting of transactions
- Assisting with ATM, debit card, and credit card ,internet banking issues
- Maintaining proper documentation for audits
- Monitoring suspicious transactions (AML compliance)
- Supporting internal and external audits.
