Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Residential Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. Key Responsibilities

Actively generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals to identify potential buyers for residential properties.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis of the Kolkata residential real estate market to stay updated on property trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Present and showcase residential properties to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential effectively.

Accompany clients on property visits, providing detailed information and answering all queries related to the properties, legal aspects, and financial considerations.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their specific housing needs and preferences.

Negotiate sales terms, conditions, and prices with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and successfully close deals.

Prepare and process all necessary sales documentation, agreements, and contracts accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to ensure a smooth and seamless sales process from lead generation to property handover.

Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.

Stay informed about new projects, developments, and regulatory changes within the Kolkata real estate sector.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.
