Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Team Handling (BPO/EdTech)
Shift: Rotational (9:00 AM–6:00 PM / 12:00 PM–9:00 PM)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Week Off

Key Responsibilities

Manage team performance and achieve operational targets.

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor and control attrition and shrinkage.

Manage team scheduling, attendance, and productivity.

Coach team members and coordinate with internal teams.
