We are hiring a polite, confident, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions and provide an excellent shopping experience for our jewelry brand. If you enjoy talking to people and solving problems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms

Guide customers with product details, pricing, and purchase support

Resolve complaints and issues in a professional manner

Manage order confirmations, returns, exchanges, and follow-ups

Maintain customer records and daily reports

Build positive relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi & English

Basic computer knowledge

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Prior experience in customer service is a plus
