Candidate should have direct sourcing exposure through Open market or bank branches for atleast 1-2 years Candidate should have some exposure in Unsecured Business Loans or Professional Loans or both Candidate should have exposure in 10 lacs - 75 lacs unsecured loan band category. Some DST team handling experience will be a plus Exposure in handling sourcing through databases, cold calling market activities, tieups with associations etc will be an advantage.
