GSA (Housekeeping)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented GSA (Housekeeping) to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas while ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas.
• Ensure all housekeeping activities meet hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Change bed linen, make beds, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost-and-found articles to the supervisor.
• Handle cleaning equipment and housekeeping chemicals safely.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and professional conduct at all times.
• Follow hotel standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass.
• Freshers and candidates with previous hotel housekeeping experience may apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience will be an advantage.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
