- Patrolling and Surveillance: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols across perimeters, buildings, and parking lots, and monitor live feeds from CCTV cameras and alarm systems. \[1, 2, 3]
- Access Control: Verify employee identification, issue visitor passes, log incoming/outgoing vehicles, and inspect bags or deliveries at entry points. \[1, 2]
- Incident Response: Respond to security breaches, fire alarms, or disturbances, de-escalate conflicts, and coordinate with emergency services (police, fire, or medical). \[1, 2]
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce property rules, escort or evict unauthorized trespassers, and manage crowds during events or peak hours. \[1, 2, 3]
- Reporting and Documentation: Write detailed logs and incident reports regarding daily activities, property damage, or suspicious behavior. \[1]
- Emergency Aid: Administer basic first aid, CPR, or operate safety equipment like AEDs and metal detectors when required.
