Tele Caller

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience in customer communication, lead generation, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert potential leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information about products or services.
• Generate leads, identify customer requirements, and schedule appointments.
• Explain products and services clearly to prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Follow up with interested prospects to improve conversion rates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
• Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.
• Prepare daily call reports and update customer databases or CRM systems.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or the local language is preferred.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
