Job Title: Telecaller – IT \& Digital Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our IT \& Digital Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
• Explain IT and Digital Marketing services, including Website Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and PPC.
• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients through calls and messages.
• Maintain client details and call records.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team to support sales activities.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
• Basic knowledge of IT and Digital Marketing services.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Ability to achieve calling targets and generate leads.
