Packer

Key Responsibilities

• Pack products according to packing instructions and customer requirements.
• Check product quantity, quality, SKU, and item codes before packing.
• Ensure correct labelling, tagging, and barcoding of packed goods.
• Verify packed items against picking lists, invoices, or dispatch documents.
• Use packing materials such as cartons, tapes, bubble wrap, and other protective materials appropriately.
• Ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the packing area.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow warehouse safety rules, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and dispatch teams to complete orders on time.
• Maintain packing records and support stock verification whenever required.
• Handle packing tools and materials carefully and avoid unnecessary wastage.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: 8th / 10th pass preferred.
• Ability to read product labels and understand basic instructions.

Experience

• Freshers may apply.
• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics operations will be preferred.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
