We are hiring a Telecaller for our team in Guwahati. We are looking for a confident and professional candidate who can handle customer calls, follow up with leads, and support business growth through good communication.

Responsibilities

• Call customers and leads regularly
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Follow up with interested clients
• Explain services and offers clearly
• Maintain proper call records and updates
• Coordinate with team for lead conversion
• Build good customer relationships

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Assamese preferred
• Basic knowledge of calling and follow-up process
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
• Experience in telecalling or customer handling is preferred
• Freshers with good communication can also apply
