Tasks and duties

• Assisting customers with product or service enquiries, providing information and guidance.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Processing customer orders, returns and exchanges.
• Providing technical support for products or services.
• Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information.
• Communicating with internal teams to address customer concerns and coordinate solutions.
• Upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximise sales opportunities.
• Delivering customer service through phone, email, live chat, or in-person interactions.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
