About this job
- Assist customers in selecting laptops, desktops, accessories, and other IT products based on their requirements and budget.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranty, and available offers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot common laptop-related issues.
- Coordinate warranty claims, repairs, and after-sales service requests.
- Maintain product displays, stock records, and showroom cleanliness.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, purchases, and service updates.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships.
