Area Sales Executive

We are looking for a specialized and performance-driven Sales Executive to drive growth within the Off-The-Road (OTR) tyre segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for targeting institutional clients, mining heavy-duty accounts, and managing direct-to-site or dealer sales for earthmovers, loaders, graders, cranes, and mining equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and onboard large industrial clients, including mining contractors, infrastructure developers, construction companies, quarries, and port authorities.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual volume, revenue, and gross-margin targets specifically for bias and radial OTR tyre lines.
• Conduct regular technical-commercial site visits at project locations, open-cast mines, and construction yards to assess operating conditions and recommend optimal tyre specifications.
• Manage high-value negotiations, tender bidding, fleet trial evaluations, and supply contracts with key stakeholders and procurement heads.

Skills \& experience required

• Confident interpersonal and communication skills to deal with fleet managers, contractors, and procurement decision-makers.
• Drive \& Resilience: Self-motivated, target-oriented approach with the ability to navigate competitive sales environments.
• Field Readiness: Comfortable with regular travel and on-site visits to industrial yards, project sites, or client headquarters.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
