Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, ledgers, and bookkeeping entries.
• Handle accounting operations using Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain GST-related records and documentation.
• Assist with GST return preparation and filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledger balances.
• Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records.
• Assist with TDS and other applicable statutory compliance and filings.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting documents as required.
• Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and timely completion of accounting tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants for accounting and compliance matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred) or an equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, GST, and filing.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.
• Practical experience in GST returns, reconciliations, and statutory documentation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Salary - 20k - 30k (Negotiable)

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
