WE'RE HIRING – KITCHEN MANAGER Requirements Previous experience in kitchen management or supervision is mandatory. Monitor customer orders (KOTs) and ensure accurate, timely food dispatch. Ensure all food is served hot, fresh and meets quality standards. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Monitor food wastage, stock levels and inventory. Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and food safety. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, teamwork and discipline.
