Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads through field sales, cold calling, referrals and client meetings. Promote and sell Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Bonds and other financial products. Identify potential customers and develop long-term client relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch business growth. Cross-sell financial products to existing customers. Explain investment products, services and opportunities to customers. Conduct regular customer meetings and follow-ups. Coordinate with branch teams to convert leads into business. Maintain daily sales reports and customer records. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Candidate Requirements Any Graduate / PG / MBA can apply. 0–10 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds or Financial Services. Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Good customer relationship management skills. Ability to achieve individual sales targets. Self-motivated, confident and result-oriented. Willingness to engage in field sales and customer acquisition activities.
