Waiter / Steward

Welcome guests politely and escort them to their tables. Provide menus and explain food items to customers. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and beverages professionally and on time. Coordinate with the Captain and kitchen team for smooth service. Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for guests. Refill water and assist guests whenever required. Handle guest requests and complaints politely. Support table clearing, plate changing, and table setup. Follow restaurant service standards and instructions from seniors. Required SkillsGood communication and customer service skills. Polite behaviour and a positive attitude. Ability to work in a team. Basic knowledge of restaurant service. Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently. Punctuality, discipline, and responsibility. Experienced candidates and freshers can apply.
