Ltd. is hiring Customer Support Representatives for its Domestic Voice & Chat process in Gurugram, Haryana. Candidates should have good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat. - Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns. - Maintain professional communication with customers. - Follow company guidelines and customer service standards. - Update customer information and maintain accurate records. - Ensure a positive customer experience. Salary & Benefits - Salary up to ₹32,000 in-hand per month. - Salary from Day 1, as per company policy. - 1% TDS deduction, as applicable. - Night shift allowance as per company policy. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. - Immediate joining opportunities. Shift Details - Female Candidates: Day shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. - Male Candidates: 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts. - Working Days: 6 days per week. - Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekly off. Shift allocation is subject to business requirements and company policy. Eligibility Criteria - Good English communication skills. - Basic computer knowledge. - Ability to handle voice and chat customer support. - Versant Level 6 preferred. - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. - Immediate joiners will be preferred.
