Job Description (JD)Collection Executive – MobiKwik Company: MobiKwik Job Title: Collection Executive Department: Collections / Banking & Financial Services Job Type: Full-Time Job OverviewWe are hiring energetic and target-oriented Collection Executives for the MobiKwik process. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding overdue payments, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining professional customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through outbound calls and follow up on overdue payments. Remind customers about outstanding dues and payment deadlines. Explain repayment options and assist customers with payment-related queries. Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and closure of pending dues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection status. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team. Follow company policies and applicable guidelines for ethical and professional collections. Candidate Requirements Qualification: 12th pass or graduate preferred. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry. Ability to handle customer interactions and work toward collection targets. Experience in telecalling, recovery, or banking collections will be an advantage. Salary & Benefits Salary: As per company policy and candidate experience.
