Key Responsibilities: Manage overall branch operations, revenue, and profitability. Drive business growth through Equity Broking and Distribution Products. Acquire new clients and develop HNI relationships. Lead, motivate, and manage branch sales teams. Achieve brokerage revenue and financial product sales targets. Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies. Ensure branch compliance and risk management. Conduct investor meetings and business development activities. Candidate Requirements: 6–10 years of experience in Stock Broking / Financial Services. Strong knowledge of Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and PMS. Proven track record in sales and business development. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Branch handling experience preferred.
