Job Description – Chinese Cook We are looking for skilled and experienced Chinese Cooks who specialize in Indo-Chinese / street-style Chinese/Tibetan cuisine . Key Responsibilities: Prepare popular Indo-Chinese and street-style dishes such as Momo, Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice, Chilli Chicken, Manchurian, Schezwan items, etc. Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation. Have good knowledge of Chinese sauces, spices, and cooking techniques. Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness. Ensure quick and efficient food preparation during busy hours. Requirements: Prior experience in Indo-Chinese or street-style Chinese cooking. Good wok-handling and cooking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen. Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred. Salary: As per experience and skills. Work Timing- 11am -10pm
