Explain product features, benefits, pricing and offers to customers. Convert interested leads into confirmed orders. Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp. Maintain customer information, call records and follow-up schedules. Handle basic customer objections and resolve product-related queries. Coordinate with the dispatch team regarding confirmed orders. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
