Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary- We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage team performance, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational standards at the entertainment venue. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily retail and operational activities. Lead, motivate, and manage the front-line team. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Monitor sales targets, billing, and daily reports. Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and task allocation. Ensure product displays, stock availability, and inventory accuracy. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and company standards. Coordinate with management to achieve business targets. Requirements2–5 years of relevant supervisory experience. Experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or entertainment preferred. Strong team management and communication skills. Good understanding of sales, inventory, and store operations. Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
