Sales & Client Relation Executive

Who you are Executive Assistant – Sales & Client Relations incentive based job Polished and well-groomed, with a strong executive presence Confident and assertive: you pick up the phone, pitch without hesitation, and hold your own with senior clients Adaptable to changing schedules, last-minute meetings, and occasional domestic travel Articulate in English and Hindi (other language a plus) 1–4 years in sales, client servicing, hospitality, airline, or executive assistance What you’ll do Run the founder’s calendar, inbox, meetings, and follow-ups Call leads, qualify prospects, book demos, and close subscriptions Coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics for leadership and key clients Host and manage senior clients and partners at meetings and events Keep the CRM and reports current Provide life style support, occassional travel with VIP Client Relationship Management and Ownership
