Plant Operations Executive

Job Overview: We are looking for a multi-skilled Plant Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our ice cream manufacturing plant. This role involves client handling, order processing, dispatch coordination, production oversight, inventory tracking, data entry, and occasional fieldwork. Key Responsibilities: Handle client communications, order processing, and inquiries. Manage dispatch schedules, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Oversee production operations and ensure quality standards. Maintain inventory records and track raw materials & finished goods. Enter daily data in software (Excel or ERP). Requirements: 0-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or FMCG sales. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or any business software. Good communication skills for client handling. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with occasional fieldwork (vendor visits, customer coordination, plant requirements).
