Job Description: Factory Worker / Production Assistant Business: T-Shirt Printing, DTF Printing, Sublimation Printing & Customized Corporate Gifts Location: Datta nagar, Katraj, Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Salary: As per experience and skills About Avani DTFAvani DTF specializes in customized printing solutions, including T-shirts, mugs, mouse pads, keychains, water bottles, and corporate gifting products. We are looking for hardworking and responsible factory workers to support our daily production and order dispatch operations. Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily printing and production activities. Handle raw materials and finished products carefully. Assist with T-shirt, mouse pad, mug, and other customized product printing. Perform heat press operations after receiving the necessary training. Check product quality and ensure there are no printing defects. Help with product cutting, trimming, finishing, and packing. Count products and verify quantities before dispatch. Pack customer orders properly and prepare them for shipping. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area. Keep track of materials and inform the supervisor when stock is low. Follow production instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures. Complete assigned production work within the required timelines. Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th pass preferred. Freshers can apply. Previous factory or printing experience is an advantage. Willingness to learn printing processes and operate basic production equipment. Ability to perform hands-on work and handle repetitive tasks. Good attention to detail and basic counting skills. Punctual, disciplined, and responsible. Ability to work as part of a team. Skills RequiredBasic understanding of production and packaging activities. Ability to identify printing defects and damaged products. Good time management and organizational skills. Willingness to learn new printing techniques.
