Operations & Project Coordinator

Coordinate the end-to-end setup of new outlets, from site handover to opening. Prepare and track project plans, timelines, task lists, and launch milestones. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, designers, purchase, marketing, and internal teams to ensure work is completed on schedule. Monitor site progress, identify delays or issues, and follow up with responsible teams. Coordinate equipment, materials, staff recruitment, training, and pre-opening readiness. Ensure the outlet is ready for launch in line with standards and approved timelines.
