Key Responsibilities

Handle material inward and outward entries and maintain supporting documentation.

Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.

Maintain stock registers, inventory tracker sheets, GRNs, and material issue slips.

Assist in physical stock verification, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.

Track the movement of construction materials, equipment, tools, and consumables.

Prepare daily material reports and update MIS records using MS Excel.

Coordinate with the Store In-Charge, procurement team, and site engineers.

Ensure systematic storage, identification, and documentation of materials.

Eligibility & Required Skills

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Material Management, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

Experience

Relevant experience in store management, inventory control, material verification, or store auditing.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, inventory management, MIS reporting, and stock reconciliation.

Strong documentation, coordination, organizational, and analytical skills.

Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and undertake project-site visits as required for the Store Auditor role.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
