Job Description

The primary role of the Real Estate Sales Executive will be to connect with clients, understand their requirements, present suitable property options, and successfully complete the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with clients through calls, meetings, and site visits.

Provide property information according to client requirements.

Coordinate site visits and showcase projects to clients.

Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Meet sales targets on time.

Regularly update CRM and sales records.

Conduct effective follow-ups with clients and close deals.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass (Graduates will be preferred).

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in real estate or sales.

Freshers can also apply.

Good Hindi communication skills (basic knowledge of English will be an added advantage).

Confident, positive, and goal-oriented personality.

Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
