Key Responsibilities

Assist in industrial engineering activities to improve production efficiency and productivity.

Analyze production data, manpower utilization, cycle time, and line efficiency.

Support time study, method study, capacity planning, and production line balancing.

Identify process bottlenecks and assist in implementing improvement initiatives.

Prepare and maintain production reports, MIS, and efficiency-related data using MS Excel.

Explore the use of AI tools and digital technologies to improve manufacturing processes.

Coordinate with production, PPC, quality, and other departments to achieve operational targets.

Support continuous improvement, cost optimization, and resource utilization initiatives.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Basic to good knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Interest in AI tools, data analysis, automation, and digital manufacturing.

Willingness to learn garment manufacturing processes and industrial engineering techniques.

Proactive attitude, adaptability, teamwork, and a growth-oriented mindset.
