Experience

3–4 years of experience in cashier (construction/real estate preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily cash transactions for construction sites and office operations

Disburse payments for labor wages, petty cash, and site expenses

Process vendor and supplier payments as per approvals

Maintain accurate records of cash inflow and outflow

Manage and reconcile petty cash accounts

Ensure proper documentation (bills, vouchers, receipts) for all transactions

Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for cash requirements

Deposit cash/cheques in bank and handle withdrawals when required

Assist in basic accounting tasks and data entry

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and audit requirements Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Strong numerical and cash-handling skills

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Integrity and reliability in handling company funds

Proficiency in MS Excel

Experience handling petty cash and site expense Working Conditions
