Job Description: The Blood Bank Technician is responsible for performing technical and laboratory procedures related to blood collection, processing, testing, storage, and issue of blood and blood components. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and patient safety protocols while maintaining accurate records and inventory management.

Experience

1 to 2 years of experience in a licensed blood bank.

Education

Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT/BMLT) or B.Sc. with PGDMLT.
