Job Description

Own the overall performance and profitability of the assigned location

Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and key metrics

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand business

Drive retail business through effective lead generation and conversion

Work closely with Customer Experience Managers (CEMs) to manage the

sales funnel

Ensure consistent follow-ups and improved conversion rates
