Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and ensure excellent hospitality.

Assist guests with seating, menu information, orders, and queries.

Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely service.

Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.

Maintain cleanliness, grooming standards, and service etiquette.

Ensure guest satisfaction and follow hotel service SOPs.

Support reservations, table management, and billing coordination as required.
