Chat Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming communications from customers via chat.
Connect with customers to resolve issues using written communication only.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer inquiries.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications
Education: Preferably graduates; however, candidates with a minimum qualification of Class 12th and at least 1 year of relevant experience may also be considered.
- Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.
- Communication Skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Availability
- Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment, including nights and weekends.
- Location
- Must be willing to work from the office.
- Other
- Candidates must not be currently pursuing any course or education.
Technical Skills
Basic computer proficiency is mandatory.
Familiarity with chat support tools is a plus.
