Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and filing of ROC forms, including AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DIR-3
KYC, DPT-3, and other applicable statutory forms.
- Assist in drafting Board Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meetings and General Meetings,
notices, annual reports, and other corporate secretarial documents.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, compliance trackers, and filing acknowledgements;
monitor due dates to ensure timely compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, auditors, and other professionals for collection of
documents, verification of information, and completion of statutory filings.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, and ROC/MCA filing
procedures.
- Good drafting, documentation, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to work with
online regulatory portals.
- Good organizational skills, time management, willingness to learn, and the ability to handle
multiple compliance assignments within stipulated timelines.
