Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Guest Service Associate (F&B) to provide excellent food and beverage service, maintain hotel service standards, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
• Ensure proper table setup, including cutlery, crockery, glassware, and linen.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
• Follow hotel SOPs and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and report concerns to the supervisor.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance.
• Maintain proper grooming, personal hygiene, and uniform standards.
• Handle service equipment carefully and report any damage or maintenance issues.
• Maintain a positive attitude and coordinate effectively with team members.
• Follow hotel policies, departmental procedures, and instructions from the reporting manager.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hotel.
• Good communication and guest-handling skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards and hotel SOPs.
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Professional grooming and a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary

₹12,000–₹14,000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
